COINKWARA PROGRAMME TO USE ITS BUSINESS STRATEGY SESSION TO TRAIN AT LEAST 30 ENTREPRENEURS ON HOW TO APPLY AND WIN TONY ELUMELU FOUNDATION GRANT 



In leading the cause of entrepreneurship development in Kwara state and in continuation of its tradition of developing entrepreneurs through Monthly Business Strategy Session, the Coinkwara Programme is to train at least 30 entrepreneurs and those with business ideas, on how to apply for and win the Tony Elumelu Foundation Grant. The programme is scheduled to hold on the 10th of February, 2018, from 10am to 12pm.

The Coinkwara Programme Director, Mr. Hanafi Olanrewaju Rabiu, through the press statement released from his office, said,   
"The Tony Elumelu Foundation grant is a great opportunity for any serious minded entrepreneur to raise capital to start or grow his or her enterprise. This $5, 000 grant is free!
We want our entrepreneurs to win this grant and that is why we are dedicating our 1st Business Strategy Session for 2018 to train entrepreneurs on 'how to apply and win the Tony Elumelu Foundation Grant'. The venue for the training is, Knowledge Platform, House 6, Agba Dam Link Road, GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State.

COINKWARA TARGETS VULNERABLE GROUPS IN ITS COLLABORATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES Disable Fiesta 2018 International Girls Child Day Programme 2018 Global Entrepreneurship Week at Kwara   During the last quarter of 2018, we decided to expand our reach to more groups within the society, most especially, the disable people and girls. In October, 2018 , our partnership with the Association of Professional Counsellors in Nigeria (APROCON) (Offa branch) in celebrating the 2018 International Girl Child Day, focused on the theme, “With Her: A skilled Girl force”.   WE LET THE PICTURES SPEAK FIRST, NOW HERE COME THE REPORT COIN CONSULTS TO ENSURE ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN KWARA STATE THROUGH BUSINESS STRATEGY SESSIONS (BSS) OF ITS COINKWARA PROGRAMME. On Saturday, 22 nd of April, 2017, Coin Consults held its first BSS at the Knowledge Platform Centre of the Mustapha Akanbi Foundation, Agba Dam Link, GRA, Ilorin. The programme which had twenty (20) participants in attendance was declared opened by Dr. Akanbi Usman of Knowledge Platform. Dr Akanbi who is also a lecturer of University of Ilorin, explained that the Knowledge Platform was opened in memory of his late mother, Alhaja Mufa’at Akanbi to serve as a centre where people can share knowledge and where entrepreneurship is promoted.
